Bi-Weekly– must be every other week $120.00

One Time Cleaning or 1st time– $250.00
Vacant unit– $300.00
Our vacant unit and first time packages are for 3 hours of service $100.00 an hour is the charge for additional time with 3 people working.

Wall washing is not included in cleaning service. Available at additional charge.
Prices are subject to increase for homes that are in bad condition and take extra time.
If you need to cancel, please let us know by phone up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. All cancellations will require a fee of 50% of estimated cost for the job if 48 hours notice is not given.
