Bring in mail &/or water plants.

Vacant properties include all residential services plus:

Clean interior of all appliances, cabinets & closets.

Maid to Order uses their own supplies, please let us know if you would like us to use something different. We also offer ECO friendly cleaners.

There is NO mileage charge for Portales clients.

Other Services available:

Wall wash down- $150.00

Exterior windows- $5.00 per window

Detail inside of appliances- $25.00 per appliance

Cabinet organization- Free estimate

Removal of pet waste-$35.00
