Our pricing is determined by the square footage of the property.
Up to 1800 sq ft.
Weekly – $90.00 (1 cleaning per week, minimum)
Bi-Weekly – $120.00 (1 cleaning per week, Every other week, minimum)
Once a month – $140.00 / monthly
One Time Cleaning or 1st time – $250.00
Vacant units– $300.00
Our vacant unit and 1st time cleaning packages provide 3 hours of service, with the cost of $100.00 per hour for any extra time. Each cleaning is completed by a team of 3 Housekeepers.

Wall washing is not part of the included cleaning service. Available at additional charge.
Costs may rise for homes that are in poor condition and require additional time.
If you wish to cancel, please contact us by phone at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. All cancellations made without 48 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the estimated job cost.
